VALOREM and TRIOBUD INVESTMENTS signed a co-development agreement for hybrid onshore wind and PV projects in Poland
French independent green energy operator VALOREM and its new Polish partner TRIOBUD INVESTMENTS, developer and general contractor of renewable energy projects operating in the Polish market since 2015, signed a co-operation agreement for the development of 2 hybrid wind and solar photovoltaic projects in Poland. The agreement covers the development of projects until “ready-to-build” stage with a targeted total installed capacity of up to 700 MW and potential expansion of the partnership to further assets.
The VALOREM Group has established its subsidiary in Poland in 2021 with a dedicated local team focused on development, financing, construction, operation and maintenance of solar, wind and battery projects. This partnership aligns with VALOREM’s expansion strategy across European Union. Already active in France, Finland, Greece and Sweden with 7 GW of wind and solar projects under development and construction, VALOREM aims to contribute to the energy sovereignty of Europe and to secure a consistent supply of affordable green electricity.
We find this transaction as a significant milestone for diversification and growth of our portfolio in Poland. VALOREM has been looking for the possibilities to expand our presence on Polish market and by signature of this development service agreement with such an experienced developer, we will contribute to the development of onshore wind and photovoltaic electricity in Poland.

TRIOBUD INVESTMENTS is a local engineering and design company specializing in the development of renewable energy projects from greenfield to implementation in Poland. TRIOBUD INVESTMENTS is owned and managed by two business partners: Marcelina Zielińska-Czop and Łukasz Zieliński. TRIOBUD INVESTMENTS started its activities in 2015 and since than offers full coverage of the investment process in the development from location analysis, preparation of preliminary documentation, obtaining administrative decisions to the design and also providing services as owner’s engineer during construction phase and project’s supervisor.
